Global Program Lead

• Manage Avanade’s Global CSP Office
• Own overall governance, compliance, activation, and management frameworks for Avanade’s CSP landscape
• Enable the global sales organization to resell via the Microsoft CSP Program
• Drive resale revenue and profitability for the global business
• Establish and manage company-wide CSP governance, guidelines, policies, and compliance
• Standardize and coordinate the global operational support framework across business groups
• Standardize and drive the CSP Deal Desk function, including deal-shaping, approvals, and sales operations
• Maintain subject-matter expertise on Microsoft CSP requirements and roadmap
• Collaborate with Microsoft CSP counterparts on agendas, goals, program changes, and implications
• Work with Avanade sales teams to evangelize, engage, and enable Microsoft resale in support of Avanade’s strategic CSP agenda

• Strong client interface and presentation skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Solid understanding of Avanade solutions, Microsoft products and technology services, Accenture industry solutions, and competitive offerings
• Deep understanding and experience with the Microsoft CSP Program
• Strong program management experience
• Vast sales and deal-shaping experience in the Microsoft ecosystem
• Ability to work with sales/opportunity leads without conflict

Demonstrates expertise in managing governance, compliance, and operational frameworks for the Microsoft CSP Program, while driving sales and profitability through effective collaboration with sales teams and Microsoft counterparts.
