What Will You Be Doing?Responsible for supporting organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the areas of drug and alcohol testing, pilot records, and background checks. The Supervisor, HR Compliance will assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s HR compliance strategy and provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of HR Compliance team members.
Essential Functions- Support administration of the company’s drug and alcohol, Pilot Records Database (PRD), Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) and Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, training, and mentoring to members of the HR Compliance team and others within the Human Resources department.
- Act as the HR Compliance contact for emergency situations, reasonable suspicion calls and Operations support, as scheduled.
- Assist with performance management activities, including providing performance feedback and addressing employee performance concerns as appropriate.
