  • Turn data into action: Prepare recurring and customized reports, review trends, and provide insights that support client engagement.
  • Keep finances moving: Coordinate invoices, accounts receivable, payment follow-up, sales tracking, coding, collections, and reconciliation with Accounting.
  • Advance products and projects: Contribute to product development, pricing, testing, launches, enhancements, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare polished materials: Edit and coordinate proposals, agreements, statements of work, and other customer-facing documentation.

  • An eye for accuracy: Strong attention to detail across records, reports, invoices, and written materials.
  • A talent for organization: The ability to balance projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative approach: Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working across teams and departments.
  • A thoughtful problem-solving style: Sound judgment, critical thinking, and the initiative to move work forward independently.
  • A clear communication style: Strong written and verbal skills suited to both internal collaboration and customer interactions.
