We are looking for experienced management consultants to join our new Denver office who bring:

• 7+ years (Sr. Managers) or 10+ years (Directors) of management consulting experience
• Well‑rounded skills that relate to Jabian’s service areas
• Strong client delivery and solutioning skills through a strategy and operations lens
• Diverse industry skills and/or willingness to apply skills outside area of industry expertise
• Experience building strong delivery teams and serving as client account leader
• Demonstrated success in building, maintaining and actively nurturing personal and professional networks that led to business development growth
• Strong personal and professional network in the Denver area, built through living locally and supporting clients in the market
• Interest in contributing to the local community and building Jabian’s brand

The competitive salary range for this position is $135,000 – $225,000+, based on experience and qualifications. The competitive annual bonus range is $8,000 – $30,000+, also based on experience and performance. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
