The RoleThe Lead Contracting Analyst is responsible for overseeing contract administration, compliance, and lifecycle management across the organization. This role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and business stakeholders to review contract terms, identify risks, support negotiations, maintain accurate contract records, and ensure agreements align with company policies, financial objectives, and operational requirements.

The Main Responsibilities- Lead the administration of fiber build access agreement contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and business leaders to support contract negotiations and ensure terms align with organizational standards and objectives.
- Maintain contract repositories, track key dates, renewal terms, obligations, pricing provisions, and required approvals to support effective lifecycle management.
- Develop and improve contracting processes, templates, reporting, and controls to increase efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Prepare contract status execution reporting for leadership review and decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for contract-related inquiries, advising stakeholders on requirements, obligations, approvals, and process expectations.

Main Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, contract analysis, or a related function.
- Extensive contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Strong understanding of contract terms, renewals, service levels, obligations, risk provisions, and approval workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex agreements and translate contractual terms into clear business, financial, and operational implications.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and senior leaders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with contract lifecycle management systems preferred.
