Support airport project coordination by identifying operational impacts, aligning overlapping project activities, facilitating stakeholder engagement, conducting site visits, tracking project schedules and risks, work with the Sr. Tactical Planner and Project Managers to suggest future project timelines, and helping project teams mitigate construction-related impacts to airport operations

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination involving multiple organizations, including airport authorities, airlines, government agencies, contractors, and other operational stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates interest in problem solving and analytical challenges.
• Ability to identify and communicate project coordination conflicts involving overlapping shutdown requests, project footprints, and project activities.
• Experience in Airport Planning, Airport Operations, or Airport Maintenance.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to operational impacts and project interfaces.
• Ability to understand project scopes, construction activities, access requirements, phasing, and operational constraints.
• Ability to conduct site walks and field reviews in active airport and construction environments.
• Ability to organize and maintain accurate project information across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Ability to identify potential conflicts and develop coordination strategies to support project and airport operational requirements.

• Experience supporting large-scale airport capital improvement or operations and maintenance programs.
• Experience working directly with airport operations, airlines, contractors, security, maintenance, or other airport stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating construction impacts involving terminal operations, gates, roadways, baggage systems, utilities, or airfield activities.
• Experience preparing stakeholder communications, presentations, project updates, notices, and meeting materials.
• Experience working within an established airport governance or project coordination structure.

• Coordinate overlapping projects among project managers, contractors, airport operations, airlines, security, maintenance, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain an up-to-date project list for projects occurring throughout Denver International Airport.
• Establish and facilitate regular coordination meetings with stakeholders and project managers in accordance with the DEN governance structure.
