Analyst Order Fulfillment

This position will report into the order management team, and supports the fulfillment, logistics and execution of bulk, residential new construction, and specialty orders. Procurement analyst is responsible for multiple projects or orders at the same time that will require them to work with cross-functional teams in order to execute procurement and logistics strategies to best serve the client’s needs. Will develop project plans, and timelines to meet strategic sourcing initiatives while also meeting client project deadlines and schedules.

Works to align procurement and logistic strategies with various cross-functional areas to improve processes and strategies for current and future projects. Serves as a one point of contact for the clients, and executes as needed through regular calls, meetings, e-mails, etc. as needed. Handles all customer invoicing and any specialty client requests.

• Enters and works to fulfills orders according to client needs
• Works closely with local branches and factory to ensure order fulfillment and plan for future inventory needs
• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain accurate and efficient fulfillment
• Assist customer in ensuring correct product selection and matchups.
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
• Evaluate and report on KPIs
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
• Runs analytical reports and open order reports regularly
• Conducts regular margin analysis to ensure pricing is accurate and proper controls in place
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs

• Possesses a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
• Has no discretion to deviate from established procedures by performing structured work assignments
• Work is closely supervised

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A strategic and analytical mind

• 3-4 years’ experience in supply chain or operations role

• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Finance/Economics, Business

Pay: $66,000.00 to $82,000.00 annually
