Healthcare Revenue Operations Manager

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations to lead a team of 3-4 analysts supporting business intelligence, reporting, and strategic decision-making within our client's Revenue Operations organization. This person will oversee analytics initiatives, partner with stakeholders across the business, and translate complex operational challenges into actionable insights that drive performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, revenue cycle knowledge, and a background in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.

This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations and will play a key part in developing analytical capabilities, mentoring analysts, and helping guide business strategy through data-driven decision making. This is a direct-placement engagement, that can sit anywhere within the US and can provide a starting yearly salary range between $100-$115K depending on candidate profile.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Demonstrated experience leading analytical, reporting, business intelligence initiatives.
• Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, data warehousing technologies, or similar platforms.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes through analytical problem solving and communication.
