Account Coordinator

The account coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and technical support for assigned accounts, handling standard deliverables and moderately complex tasks with independence and defined client interaction.

Aligns work to client needs as part of the support team.

Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Prepare and send renewal binders, auto , and invoices to clients
• Own endorsements processing, audits and invoicing instructions
• Maintain account data accuracy in EPIC agency management system
• Communicate with clients on routine service items
• Assist with AR reporting and administrative follow-up
• Provide administrative tasks for internal and select external meetings
• Ensure accuracy on policies and compliance with policy binding
• Order renewal certificates and maintain certificate holder lists
• Follow-up on Account Receivable reporting
• Support Claim and Risk Control-related routing and documentation, ensuring items are logged, filed, and escalated appropriately per SOPs.

Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Basic knowledge of commercial insurance fundamentals
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Collaborative
• Attention to detail

• High school diploma; college preferred
• 1-2 years insurance or related administrative experience
• State-specific P&C license required (or obtained within a defined timeframe, per market/state requirements)
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Salary Range: $46,000 — $60,000 USD
