What You’ll DoAs a Consultant, you'll partner with clients to develop and implement impactful strategies that drive value across people, processes, and technology. You’ll work directly with clients to design solutions, create roadmaps, and deliver high-quality results, building deep relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
While this role primarily focuses on program management, our consultants may also contribute to a diverse range of projects. We believe in harnessing your unique expertise to elevate every project, even if it diverges from your primary focus. With solid skills in project management, change management, and process improvement, you’ll transition between assignments, bringing fresh ideas and strategic thinking to each project.
DriveStrategic Alignment
- Lead operational transformation initiatives by assessing current-state processes, operating models, roles, and ways of working to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, clarity, and business impact.
- Design future-state operating models that align organizational structure, governance, decision rights, capabilities, and processes to strategic priorities.
- Drive strategic planning initiatives by evaluating organizational capabilities, business needs, and opportunities and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Use data and business insights to diagnose operational challenges, evaluate options, develop recommendations, and measure transformation outcomes.
- Prioritize and align initiatives with business goals, helping leaders focus resources on the work that drives the greatest value
- Translate strategy into execution by developing practical roadmaps, implementation plans, governance structures, and work streams that move organizations from current state to future state.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and against intended business outcomes.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce redundancies, and improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to define adoption strategies and rollout plans that support successful implementation and stakeholder buy-in.
- Create executive-ready deliverables such as operating model designs, transformation roadmaps, process maps, governance frameworks, business cases, and implementation plans.
