Senior Associate, Tax - Project Management

Role Overview: The Senior Associate supports complex client engagements within Business Tax Services, ensuring project success through planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Assist with project initiation, scope, schedule, budget, and deliverable management, tracking progress, and creating reports.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and tools across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate on project charters, execution plans, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate internal and client meetings, manage change control processes, and resolve project issues.

• Minimum of three years’ project management experience in a professional services environment, with skills in business modeling, management consulting, or process improvement preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Certification in CAPM or PMP is strongly preferred or will be pursued.
• Proven ability to deliver objectives in fast-paced settings with excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Project is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
