$17.50 to $21 per hour

ScheduleMonday through Friday full time with no weekends
Where Happy Happens Here Every DayThe Learning Experience in Timnath is hiring a joyful and energetic Floater Teacher to support multiple classrooms and age groups. This role is ideal for a flexible, team oriented educator who enjoys variety and making a positive impact wherever support is needed.
What You Will Do- Provide classroom coverage and support across multiple age groups including preschool
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for children
- Support social, language, cognitive, and motor development through play based learning
- Assist with daily routines including meals, transitions, and classroom activities
- Communicate positively with families and team members
- Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Maintain clean, organized, and joyful classroom spaces
- Must meet Colorado PDIS requirements at Level 2 or higher. Verification required prior to hire.
- Pyramid Plus or Infant and Toddler Certification is a strong plus but not required
- Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
- Positive, adaptable, and reliable with strong attention to safety
- Passion for early childhood education and teamwork
- No nights or weekends
