• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers; follow all safety and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits, identify optimal construction routes with clients, assess risks, and determine the best construction methodology and schedules.
• Participate in estimating meetings, provide rates of construction for the different activities of high‑voltage transmission projects.
• Support estimating activities and provide feedback on manpower, equipment, and resources needed for large‑size projects.
• Supervise and assist the Superintendent, General Foreman, and/or Foreman to schedule work, crews, tools and equipment for efficiency and to minimize travel time.
• Work with PEs/PMs to update schedules.

• High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 345 kV, 500 kV, 765 kV transmission lines.
• OSHA 30 or other safety training course.
• Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles that may be driven, with an acceptable driving record.
• Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in the construction of 765 kV high‑voltage transmission projects.
• Ability to work with advanced computer software.
• Experience estimating large projects in terms of value and duration.

Expected Salary Range: $140,000 — $193,000 USD.
