They are a small but very well established, award winning General Contractor, offering a long-term permanent position in an excellent culture. THE COMPANYOur client is a well established and respected real estate General Contractor who builds Apartments & Town homes as well as Commercial & Municipality projects. They have won multiple awards for their projects and leadership, with a strong focus on Multi-Family commercial projects and aggressive growth plans.
THE ROLEThe Project Manager will be responsible for the overall construction management of large Multi-Family projects. You will lead a project team and report directly to the Project Executive. The successful candidate must be professional, integrity-minded, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company.
Responsibilities- Manage the overall construction management of large Multi-Family projects
- Lead a project team and report to the Project Executive
- Maintain a professional and integrity-driven leadership approach and support the company objectives
- Minimum 5 years of previous Construction Project Management experience
- 4-year degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing Multi-Family construction projects valued at $10M+
- Knowledge and certifications on safety standards and OSHA, with a minimum of 10-hour certification
- Knowledge of blueprint reading and ability to follow and implement details from plans
- Experience with managing teams and subcontractors
