Project Coordinator Construction

Overview

• 40-hour work week 7:30-4:00 Mon-Fri (some flexibility on start and end time)

Coordinate administrative support for commercial construction projects in-office and on construction job sites. Support project teams and assist with documentation, scheduling, and communication as required to help keep projects on track. (

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or project-type role
• Construction environment considered a strong asset
• Experience working in an office setting and on construction job sites
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in an office and on commercial construction job sites
• Experience in Construction - Architectural Metals is strongly preferred (Composite Metal Panels, Cladding, Standing Seam Metal Roofing Systems)
