We are seeking a well-rounded professional with at least 5 years of experience as a residential/multifamily Construction Manager, In-fill construction experience with a developer is preferred. Must be organized, self-motivated and reliable for your daily tasks and the project. Must be able to communicate at a high level with effective written and verbal skills.
Building experience in Denver, Aurora, and other surrounding metro areas required. Ability to manage large and/or multiple jobsites and supervise other Construction Managers is a must. Strong attention to detail, experience with continuous improvement, and quality assurance is paramount to redT Homes and is a must for your success with each project. This role will be focused on the Metro Denver areas of business.

Compensation
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and a total pay package between $85,000-$105,000 per year to start with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance and profitability.
Qualifications
- Degree in Construction or Project Management preferred or 5+ years’ experience in residential/multifamily with at least 2 years of experience building in in the city of Denver.
- Knowledge of building to LEED Certifications preferred
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Asana project management platforms
- Experience building in Denver and surrounding metro areas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Background in process improvement and project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a collaborative and inclusive approach
- Candidates must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of the Denver Metro Area at the time of employment, as this is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities on job sites
- Manage scope of work and changes in scope, assigned construction manager, subcontractors, and maintain a focus on the projected cycle time to reach the committed timelines for 100% completion of the project
- Vertical construction experience is required for excavation, foundation, framing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical including drywall to completion
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Asana, and Procore preferred
- Schedule and oversee all municipalities/city inspections, strong understanding of the current codes IRC, IEC and LEED
- Check all phases of the project to ensure that subcontractors are building according to plans, specifications, and schedule, while also having a focus on the quality of the build
- Job site safety must be practiced and enforced
- Pre-construction site review, erosion control, equipment set up, and trade partner expectation meetings
- Experience in multi-phase projects and tenant improvement work in a commercial setting is a plus.
