Role Summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for a high‑energy Construction Coordinator with a background in construction and a passion for project lifecycle management. Exceptional at multitasking in fast‑paced field environments, handling everything from material procurement and document control to meeting minutes and vendor relations. Known for problem‑solving and a commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient project.

We are seeking a driver with the field‑proven experience necessary to bridge communication between project teams and external partners. Success in this role requires a comprehensive grasp of the construction process to effectively drive development from groundbreaking to closeout. The Project Coordinator leverages modern construction‑management tools to drive project efficiency and organization.

Travel & Location

Remote with 10% travel to project sites.

Compensation

$100,000–$135,000.

Essential Responsibilities
  • General project coordination across multiple projects that are in the construction phase within Rowan business model with a focus on detail and organization
  • Ability to support the project manager and project team in monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow reporting and projecting
  • Reviewing and managing project cost controls, including accounts receivable support and invoice processing
  • Drive organization into project team, assisting with master schedule and milestones
  • Work closely with Rowan development, project executive, PM’s, safety and quality assurance team members and support project insight meetings to the construction team
Education, Skills, and Experience
  • 4‑year degree in engineering or construction management or commensurate relevant experience
  • Relevant Construction experience for large construction projects, ideally with data center experience with hyperscale clients.
  • Knowledge of construction project fundamentals, including Document Control, Submittals & RFIs, Change Order Tracking and Procurement Tracking.
  • Comfortability with monthly invoicing, cash forecasting and budgeting practices
  • Proficiency in Procore and other construction management software
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and highly cross‑functional environment
