Lead Superintendent – Multifamily Construction
Compensation:
Up to $175,000 annually (plus benefits)
Availability:
Immediate / ASAP Start
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a ground-up multifamily construction project in the Denver area. The ideal candidate will have a strong record of managing large-scale residential developments—ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
- Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Enforce safety standards, quality control, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders on progress, logistics, and issue resolution.
- Oversee daily reporting, inspections, and subcontractor performance.
- Drive construction excellence through proactive leadership and problem-solving.
- 10+ years of experience in construction; 5+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential building systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex construction schedules and budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Competitive base salary up to $175,000 (based on experience).
