Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Superintendent based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Superintendent will oversee and manage day‑to‑day operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with team members, subcontractors, and clients, managing resources, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.

Additionally, the Superintendent will ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and best practices in the construction and electrical industries
  • Ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively
  • Technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure, including powerlines, substations, and related systems is preferred
  • Proficiency in interpreting and understanding project plans, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Willingness to work on‑site in the Denver Metropolitan Area
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
