Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other related costs.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits and gather all necessary data (like number of workers, equipment, and hours needed) to compile an accurate estimate.
• Prepare and submit cost estimates to clients or management, including detailed reports or bids for business contracts.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify potential issues or obstacles and provide solutions.
• Maintain existing contractor relationships and build new ones to ensure the best pricing and quality.
• Track and record all costs and information for future reference and analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as estimating, project management, or CAD software.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge in Pricing, Hard Bidding, Project Estimation, Construction Estimating, Cost Management, Budgeting, Project Bidding, and Cost Analysis.
