As a Custom Home Construction Superintendent
, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for delivering exceptional high-end residential projects from framing through final completion. You’ll manage trades, schedules, quality, and communication—ensuring every home reflects KLM’s standards.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role for a superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship, leadership, and client experience.

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for custom residential homes
• Manage schedules, sequencing, and trade coordination
• Lead daily or weekly trade huddles to maintain alignment and accountability
• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
• Communicate clearly with clients, architects, designers, and internal team members
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Uphold quality standards from rough framing through final punch

• 7+ years of residential construction superintendent experience
• Custom or high-end residential experience required
• Strong plan reading and construction documentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and timelines
• Client-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Ownership mentality—follows through and solves problems
• Trade background or hands‑on construction experience is a plus

• OSHA 10 certification
• Procore experience
• Base Salary: $60,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
