Project Superintendent

Evergreen Devco, Inc., a commercial and residential real estate development company founded in 1974 with offices in Denver, Los Angeles, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City, is seeking a Project Superintendent for our self-performed Class A multifamily projects in the Denver metropolitan area through our wholly owned subsidiary, Nexus Builders, L.L.C. The position is based in Denver. The Project Superintendent is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and management of on-site construction activities for wood-frame multifamily projects.

This position ensures that projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, building codes, and company policies. The Project Superintendent serves as the primary on-site representative of the company, providing direction to subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers while maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
