What You’ll DoAs a Field Engineer, you’ll be actively involved on our metal framing and drywall job sites, supporting daily operations and learning what it takes to run successful projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support daily field operations
- Assist with quality control and ensure work meets plans and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Support material planning, logistics, and scheduling
- Collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams
- Document progress and prepare field reports
- Help solve real‑time jobsite challenges
- Learn and use construction project management systems
This role is designed as a launchpad to leadership.
- Structured mentorship with experienced Project Superintendents
- Ongoing technical and leadership training
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, and multi-family projects
- Clear advancement path:
- Field Engineer → Assistant Superintendent → Project Superintendent
- 0–2 years of construction experience (internships or academic experience welcome)
- Basic blueprint reading ability
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work in the field
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Problem‑solving attitude
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Bilingual (a plus, not required)
- Experience with metal framing or drywall
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD
- Previous jobsite exposure
