Responsibilities

Overseeing all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.

Supervising on-site contractors and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to ensure plans and specifications are followed accurately.

Implementing safety procedures and maintaining a safe and clean work environment for all staff.

Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.

Identifying potential challenges and proactively developing and executing effective solutions.

Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Managing materials and inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery of resources.

Conducting quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project standards and specifications.

Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

Proven experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, and commercial sectors.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, safety procedures, and regulations.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
