We are seeking a dynamic Senior Superintendent who can oversee field staff on commercial interior, retail, and building renovation projects. The role will ensure that projects are built according to plans and specifications, supervise carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors, and coordinate all materials, tools, and staff requirements with the Project Manager.

They also effectively utilize management skills in directing supervision of subcontractors and coordinating subcontractor activities within scope.

- High School Diploma required; two years of college preferred.
- Must have 15 years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail or building renovation projects.
- Display exemplary performance in all project safety related categories.
- Periodically audit jobsites during site walks to ensure standards are being met.
- Assist teams with complex and specialty quality control issues.
- Assist teams with pre‑punch walks to identify quality trends and ensure smooth/timely punch list process.
- Set the example of "do and teach" by training and coaching Superintendents at all levels to meet rand*'s high standards of administration and organization.
- 15+ years’ experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, or building renovation projects.
- Proven track record of independent judgment and decision‑making when faced with matters of executive or non‑routine nature.
- Ability to anticipate and be proactive.
- Ability to deal professionally and diplomatically with individuals at all levels.
- Able to troubleshoot and solve highly complex project‑related issues with all levels of team members.
- Ability to manage deadlines, deliver as needed.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with a strong attention to detail.
- Pay Type:
Salary - Pay Range: $130,000 to $160,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
