About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for construction projects in the Denver, CO area. This is a client-facing role requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Conduct site visits and progress meetings
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance
- 5+ years construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and scheduling
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency with project management software
$95,000/year
