Job Description
  • Manage and oversee all field operations for ground-up commercial projects $10M+.
  • Lead and mentor subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Drive project schedules, coordinate resources, and resolve issues to keep construction on track.
  • Enforce and promote company safety standards across the job site.
  • Operate as the main field leader, partnering with Project Managers and Owners to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and local authorities.
  • Deliver reports and updates to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading ground-up Healthcare projects of at least $10M in value. They will bring strong technical knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety, along with proven leadership skills to motivate and guide teams on site. Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, hands-on management style are essential. A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality will set the successful candidate apart.
