Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As the Healthcare Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities while partnering closely with the Project Manager to drive schedule, safety and quality across every phase of delivery.

• Lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently
• Maintain full understanding of plans, specifications and project documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment and materials to meet project milestones
• Monitor productivity, budgets, cost codes and overall site performance
• Implement site-specific quality and safety plans and lead toolbox talks
• Manage inspections with city officials, agencies and design partners
• Support pre-construction, constructability reviews, scheduling and project close-out

For the Healthcare Superintendent role, we are seeking:

• Extensive experience managing commercial or healthcare construction projects
• Degree in construction management or related field or 10+ years' progressive field leadership experience
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, schedules and technical documentation
• Proficiency using construction technology (Procore, P6, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD)
• Demonstrated success driving safety compliance and site culture
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems quickly and build strong stakeholder relationships
• OSHA 30 and ability to work in varying site conditions; ability to travel as needed
