Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

Hyder Construction is seeking an Estimator who takes pride in building accurate, well‑organized project budgets and understands how strong preconstruction sets a project up for success. This role leads estimating for small–mid sized projects and supports larger pursuits, including quantity takeoffs, subcontractor bid analysis, risk identification, budgeting from concept through CDs, and proposal assembly for Lump Sum, CM/GC, and Design/Build work.

We’re looking for someone who reads drawings with a builder’s mindset, communicates well with field teams and trade partners, and takes ownership of scope coverage and numbers.
