Job Description

• Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and coordination.
• Oversee on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly to stay on track.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to guide construction activities.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure all work meets client expectations and company standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project progress.
