NOTE:
This position supports a federal project that requires U.S. citizenship due to government compliance and security regulations.
We are looking for a Technical Construction Inspector with the following
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction management and oversight.
The employee shall have a proficient understanding of engineering, construction, and constructability requirements associated with large projects and experience in managing MILCON construction or large repair/SRM projects.
The employee shall have proficient experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat.
Qualifications (within the 5 years of required experience, the employee shall possess knowledge of)- Federal, DoD/DoW, Air Force, ANG, and State construction management and engineering regulations
- Unified Facility Criteria
- Engineering technical orders and instruction
- Agency standard operating procedures
- Safety procedures
- Local, state, and federal building codes
- Fire Protection Association (NFPA)
- American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM)
- American Concrete Institute (ACI)
