Location:

Denver/Aurora, CO area
Compensation: $35–$44/hr W2
6-Month Contract-to-Hire with medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD and PTO during the contract period!

Innovar Group is supporting an EH&S Coordinator II opening within active commercial and industrial construction environments in the Greeley, Colorado area. This role supports field safety execution across construction projects and partners closely with project leadership to maintain strong safety performance, OSHA compliance, and safe work practices across active job sites.

The EH&S Coordinator II will operate independently within field environments, supporting site safety initiatives, conducting audits and inspections, and reinforcing safety standards across crews and subcontractors. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in active construction settings and are looking to continue growing within safety leadership.

• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and field observations
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action follow-up
• Support OSHA compliance initiatives and safety reporting
• Partner with project leadership on hazard mitigation planning
• Conduct toolbox talks and support safety meetings
• Promote safe work practices across crews and subcontractors
• Track safety observations, incidents, and corrective actions
• Support implementation of behavior-based safety initiatives

• Fabrication or contractor-driven environments

• 3–6 years of EH&S field experience within construction environments
• OSHA 30 strongly preferred
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in active field environments
• Construction industry experience required
