About the Role:

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Form Builder/Finisher to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Montrose, CO, near Delta. The project will involve extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work, and is scheduled to last for 2+ years.

As a Concrete Form Builder/Finisher at Moltz, you will:

• Form, place and finish concrete floors, driveways, walls, sidewalks, curbs, decks, and other concrete structures.
• Use dry pack grouting and epoxy materials, and understand how to cure concrete properly.
• Level and smooth the surface, round the edges, and make joints or grooves to help control cracking on the surface.
• Set the forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch, depth, and alignment.
• Monitor how the wind, heat, or cold affect the curing of the concrete throughout the entire process.
• Produce rough concrete surface, using broom.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Good manual dexterity and multi‑limbed coordination.
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet the project schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.
