This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator located in Colorado, United States. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders. This role requires managing budgets, forecasting expenses, and supporting project planning to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. Regular communication with team members, contractors, and clients is essential to align project scopes and objectives.

• Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting to ensure accurate financial planning and oversight.
• Expertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to create precise project cost evaluations.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Ability to analyze construction plans and drawings for accurate project assessment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and project management.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive work approach.
• Experience in construction or project management is preferred.
