Job SummaryThe Construction Manager will coordinate and oversee multiple construction projects across the Western region, leading a team of construction coordinators. Responsibilities include planning, execution, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and ensuring project completion in alignment with company standards.
Project Planning & Pre‑Construction- Provide leadership to Construction Coordinators during the initial planning stage by collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties to develop detailed job scopes and material requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate projects in logical steps and budget the time required to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and communicate with stakeholders regarding costs and progress.
- Review lease documents and coordinate utilities and site services.
- Work with Design and Facilities teams to forecast long‑lead items.
- Plan, coordinate, organize, oversee, and direct construction and remodel activities.
- Ensure adherence to budget and timeline; make adjustments for unexpected issues.
- Ensure safety standards, codes, and guidelines are followed.
- Oversee contract negotiations, revisions, and compliance by all parties.
- Collaborate with teams and contractors to resolve construction or design issues.
- Manage delays, weather impacts, or job‑site emergencies.
- Track deliveries and installations across projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to satisfaction.
- Manage turnover to Operations and completion of punch lists.
- Receive and review invoices against quotes prior to approval.
- Maintain construction files and closeout documentation.
- Obtain requirements for landlord TI reimbursements.
- Maintain electronic files and reporting systems.
- Provide weekly status updates.
- Develop strong relationships with owners, managers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Communicate with all levels of management.
- Work independently and take ownership of project execution.
- Review lease work exhibits for tenant requirements.
- Coordinate project changes impacting design prototypes.
- Manage vendors and project‑specific orders.
- Build relationships with landlord management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Facilities on subcontractor coordination and equipment specifications.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Effective Communication: Communicates technical information clearly and effectively while partnering across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Accountability & Ownership: Takes ownership of systems, configurations, integrations, and technical solutions while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and follow‑through.
- Adaptability & Perseverance: Adjusts effectively to changing business needs, evolving technologies, and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on delivering results.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering preferred.
- 3–5 years of Construction Manager experience.
- Prior construction experience required.
- Ability to travel to job sites up to 50%.
