Project Engineer – Contractor/Developer
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to join our client’s team in the multifamily construction sector in Denver, Superior, and Aurora. This role has 3 openings and offers a competitive salary of $90,000 – $95,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in construction project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including the preparation of RFPs, processing submittals, and managing change orders.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Proficient in construction management software and other relevant technology.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Solid understanding of construction safety and compliance regulations.
