- Reviewconstructiondocuments,contracts,andestimatesaftercontractaward
- Developeffectivesitelogisticsandprojectphasingwiththeteam
- CreateandmaintaintheCPMschedulebasedonprojectscopeandlogistics
- Managesubmittalregistryandensurealignmentwithprojecttimelines,includinglong-leaditemsandmaterials
- MakedecisionsinthebestinterestofKRCandtheclientwhileanticipatingandaddressingpotentialproblems
- Updateandtrackthe
CPMschedule,addressingdelays,changes,andfieldissues - Proactivelymanagelong-leaditemsandprojectconflicts,providingsolutions
- Serveasthemainpointofcontactfortheproject,keepingstakeholdersinformed
- Facilitateregular
OAC(Owner,Architect,Contractor) meetingstorelayprojectupdates
- Overseebudgettransfers,identifyscopegaps,andmanageprojectbuyouts
- Performdetailedmaterialtakeoffs,gatherpricing,andcomparecoststobudget
- Maintainorganizedprojectbudgetandcostcodeinvoicesweekly
- Forecastagainstbudgetandidentifyareasofconcern
- Prepareanddistributemonthlypayapplicationswithupdatedscheduleandcostbackups
- ManagetheRFIloganddocumentscopechangesinrealtime
- Issueandtrack Potential Change Orders (PCOs)
- Documentscheduleimpactsfromchanges
- Manageinternalsubcontractorchanges
- Reviewplansandmanualswithfieldteampriortowork
- Conductpre-installationmeetingswithkeystakeholders
- Addressfieldreportsandclosedeficiencies
- Ensurematerialsareprocuredandon-siteperschedule
- Holdfieldteamaccountabletoprojectplan
- Developandimplementqualitycontrolinspectionsandchecklists
- MonitorQClogsandensureadherencetostandards
- Performperiodicfieldwalkstomaintainqualityandsafety
- Compileandsubmitallrequiredprojectcloseoutdocuments
Bachelor’sdegreein
Construction
Management,Civil Engineering,Architecture,orrelatedfield(preferred)
Fiveyearsofexperienceinconstructionprojectmanagement,withaproventrackrecordofdeliveringprojectsontimeandwithinbudget
Knowledge- Strongknowledgeofconstructionmethods,processes,and materials
- Understandingofbuildingcodes,safety regulations,andindustrystandards
- Experiencewithprojectmanagementsoftware(Procore) andschedulingtools(Microsoft Project)
- Strong communication,negotiation,andinterpersonalskills
- Excellent problem-solvingandmultitaskingabilities
- Abilitytoworkunderpressureandresolveissueseffectively
- Full-timepositionwithoccasionaltraveltoprojectsites
- Someeveningandweekendworkmayberequired
- Workenvironmentincludesbothofficeandconstructionsitesettings
