The Estimator / Sr. Project Engineer is a key contributor across preconstruction, estimating, and project execution for fast‑paced commercial TI projects (often compressed schedules as short as ~6 weeks). This role supports accurate, timely bids and helps ensure projects are set up for success from day one.
In addition to estimating responsibilities, this position is a field‑forward “builder” role: you will learn directly from the Superintendent on‑site and support coordination, documentation, and day‑to‑day execution. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist the company Owner with select operational and process‑improvement items that keep the business running smoothly.
