Project Superintendent | Heavy Civil & Infrastructure Projects | Asphalt Paving

We’re looking for an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead concrete operations across heavy civil and infrastructure projects throughout the Colorado Front Range. This role is ideal for someone who understands field production, can lead crews effectively, and knows how to keep concrete work moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Compensation & Schedule
  • $110,000-$130,000 DOE
  • Full-Time | Weather Dependent
  • Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM-5:00 PM
  • Saturdays during peak construction season
  • Hours may vary based on project demands and owner requirements

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee daily concrete operations and manage field crews across active projects
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules
  • Supervise daily activities including timesheets, reporting, and production tracking
  • Monitor field conditions and changes impacting schedule or project cost
  • Order materials and coordinate equipment needs for project execution
  • Work closely with scheduling and operations teams to support project staffing and production
  • Ensure all concrete work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Maintain strong quality control and jobsite safety practices
  • Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Support crews in the field operating equipment or assisting with production when needed
  • Calculate concrete quantities and material requirements
  • Communicate with owners, contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain project progress
What You Bring
  • Experience leading concrete crews on heavy civil or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of concrete operations, scheduling, and production management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced field environments
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
  • Ability to access state and federal project facilities
