- Prioritizes jobsite safety and enforces compliance with all safety programs, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identifies, documents, and resolves safety or procedural violations through corrective actions.
- Reviews and understands all contract, construction, and specification documents to ensure project conformance.
- Conducts constructability reviews and leads quality control/assurance planning for all project phases.
- Oversees scheduling, inspection, and testing to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent defects.
- Provides strong field leadership through supervision, mentorship, and career development of team members.
- Coordinates subcontractors, trade partners, and design professionals to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Develops and manages detailed construction schedules, logistics, and procurement plans from preconstruction to completion.
- Manages field cost control, productivity analysis, equipment use, and budget forecasting.
- Supports company initiatives, process improvements, and culture‑building efforts through active leadership and collaboration.
