Estimator - Concrete Construction

We are partnering with a growing, team-oriented contractor seeking an Estimator with experience in concrete construction to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects while serving as a key contributor to the company's continued growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing plans and specifications, preparing quantity takeoffs, developing cost estimates, coordinating pricing, and supporting project teams throughout the preconstruction process. Whether your background comes from residential, commercial, sitework, structural concrete, foundations, or related concrete construction scopes, we would like to hear from you.

• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Develop and submit competitive bid proposals
• Collaborate with operations, field teams, vendors, and company leadership
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information
• Support project handoff and preconstruction activities
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost‑saving solutions when appropriate
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and project planning efforts

• Experience with concrete construction projects including foundations, structural concrete, flatwork, sitework, paving, or related scopes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with estimating software
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilitiesi>
