Job Description
Experience: Senior Level
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
Top Skills / Qualifications- Heavy civil, self-perform construction - roadway, site work, underground, erosion control
- Experience with Water Control, River Restoration, Dewatering Drainage way Restoration/Repair a plus
- Schedule Management, Budgeting, RFI's, Submittals, Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of conversion factors and unit weights of all related construction materials commonly utilized in the industry (various aggregates, soils, concrete, asphalt, rip rap, rebar, pipe, etc.)
- Ability to prepare/price water control, diversion and dewatering plans
- Computer estimating skills, including Bid2
Win Software (comparable to HCSS Heavy Bid), Bluebeam, and AGTEK - Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Project
- Ability to effectively apply estimating techniques and cost controls, and to interpret computerized cost data and systems
- Knowledge of private, City, County, Denver Water, MHFD, SEMSWA, CDOT, State Parks, USFS, Army Corp of Engineer s, Division of Dams and Airport specifications, with a proven track record of bringing in contracts on time and within budget
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in civil construction, stormwater infrastructure, site development, structural concrete, or drainage infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
