This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Construction Project Manager at Richcraft Pools, located in Denver, CO, with the flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and execute all aspects of pool and aquatic facility construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and exceed quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, contractors, and clients, managing construction timelines, supervising site operations, tracking project expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
The role also involves problem-solving, managing changes, and ensuring that projects align with client expectations and company objectives.
- Expertise in Construction Project Management and Project Coordination to effectively manage project workflows and communication.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management to plan and allocate resources efficiently while meeting project goals.
- In-depth knowledge of Construction Management and related best practices, with the ability to oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage teams effectively and address project challenges.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience with aquatic or pool construction projects is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to visit various project sites around the Denver, CO area.
