Your role:

• Hands-on estimating:
  Dive into preparing comprehensive and conceptual estimates that set the foundation for remarkable projects.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience & education: 2-5 years of experience in estimating within the commercial construction space, and ideally a B.S. in Construction Management or a related field.
• Technical savvy:
  Expertise in cost engineering and sequencing, with the ability to interpret all facets of building plans and specifications.
• Communication excellence:
  Stellar verbal and written communication skills, vital for liaising between teams and presenting compelling insights to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented excellence: A sharp ability for multitasking and following through, ensuring that our projects are executed flawlessly, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
