Waterproofing​/Construction Labor

Western Slope Waterproofing is hiring field labor for foundation and deck waterproofing on custom homes.

$25.00+ per hour starting, with time-and-a-half paid for hours worked over 40 per week.

Steady, full-time work on residential construction sites.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our crew. This is an outdoor role performing exterior construction tasks, including moving materials, preparing and waterproofing foundations and decks, and assisting journeymen on the jobsite. You will start with on-the-job training to learn waterproofing techniques and safe work practices—no prior waterproofing experience required.

• Opportunities for wage increases within the first 6-12 months based on performance and skill development

Expect early start times and work in all kinds of weather. Jobs are outdoors on custom-home construction sites, so you must be prepared for physical labor and changing conditions.

You will be expected to show up on time, follow directions from supervisors, maintain a positive and safety-focused attitude, and collaborate with the crew to get the job done efficiently.

• Reliable transportation to meeting spot/shop/job locations
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, use basic hand tools, and be on your feet for an entire workday
• Construction experience is a plus but not required—willingness to learn is essential
