Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring the construction job lifecycle of new commercial and residential projects to ensure that new construction, repair, and system maintenance activities are completed in accordance with established standards. Administers aspects of construction activities, including materials, labor, and resource allocation planning, and acts as lead in teams and projects.

Requires functioning in the office four days a week with one optional WFH day; schedule Mon to Fri, working time between 6:00a.m. and 9:00a.m. MST.

Core Responsibilities
  • Ensures the execution of construction duties including job creation, management, and quality control.
  • Owns all residential jobs; handoff of commercial, betterment, and expense job types with agility as business needs demand.
  • Investigates and monitors accurate record keeping for project start dates, milestone dates, production logs, material costs, and labor expenditures.
  • Instructs regional partners on completion of tasks in the field, monitoring completion dates, project timelines, and permitting limitations.
  • Supports specialists and the leadership team with coordination of projects at the national and regional levels.
  • Generates logs and reports on construction, projects, materials, and expenditures.
  • Reviews, resolves, and follows up on customer requests and complaints.
  • Monitors performance in partnership with the regional construction specialist to establish goals and objectives.
  • Assists with the annual plant construction budget.
  • Coordinates all phases of construction projects—including pre‑construction meetings, site surveys, permit and license applications, make‑ready, design and documentation, material procurement, contract labor requirements, and plant activation—in partnership with the regional specialist.
  • Oversees the activity of subcontractors.
  • Interacts with government, town officials, utilities, contractors, outside agencies, consultants, and internal business partners.
  • Provides technical advice and engineering support to other departments—including procurement, warehouse, legal, government relations, and design center functions.
  • Develops cost estimates, monitors job costs, evaluates change orders, and controls the cost of work in progress to budget.
  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered.

Certifications, if applicable, will be considered.

Experience

2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Schedule & Location

In office four days a week with one optional work‑from‑home day. Monday to Friday; must work in MST, start window between 6:00a.m. and 9:00a.m. MST.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $35.11 to $52.67 per hour, dependent on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience. Bonus and commission eligibility may apply.
