Construction Estimator

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (flexible for the right experience)

We re partnering with a well-established commercial construction company seeking an Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of estimating experience who wants to develop their career in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong long-term growth potential.

• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Assist with budgeting, value engineering, and bid preparation.
• Work closely with the preconstruction team throughout the estimating process.
• Support project handoffs to operations after award.

• 3–5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with either a General Contractor or Subcontractor is welcome.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
