Role Description
Woodlake Construction Management is seeking a dedicated full-time Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team on‑site in Denver, CO. The Estimator will be responsible for drafting invitations to bid, vetting new subcontractors’ qualifications, tracking subcontractors’ bids on each project, vetting incoming estimates for accurate scope, populating our bidding workbook, preparing detailed project estimates, performing quantity take‑offs, and providing accurate budgeting for commercial construction projects.
The role also includes collaborating with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure scope alignment and cost efficiency while meeting project deadlines and WCM objectives.
- Experience in Commercial Construction Estimating and preparing competitive bids
- Proficiency in performing Quantity Take‑offs and detailed cost analysis
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting for commercial projects
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Familiarity with construction software such as Red Team, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Experience in GC related commercial construction is preferred
- Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
A background in construction management or related fields will be considered a plus.
