84 Lumber is seeking an Estimator to price residential house plans, remodels and light commercial projects. You will meet with contractors and customers to estimate costs, read plans, and prepare timely proposals in line with client expectations.
You must be detail oriented, able to interpret plans and use estimating software; prior experience with Planswift is preferred. This role requires a clean background check and a willingness to work at the Denver store.
