Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

Job Title: Integrated construction firm looking for a Project Manager with Healthcare Experience!

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are an integrated construction, project management, development, maintenance, and consulting firm delivering comprehensive services across real estate, healthcare, government, education, aviation, and energy sectors.

• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain clear project goals.
• Drive quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction on all construction projects.
• Lead and mentor teams, delegating responsibilities and fostering accountability.
• Prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and resolve project issues proactively.

• 15+ years of experience in commercial construction, including large‑scale general contractor and complex healthcare or institutional projects.
• Proven background in business development, client relations, and sales strategy within the construction industry.
• Extensive experience in estimating, field operations, superintendent leadership, and project management on commercial, mission‑critical, and healthcare construction projects.
• Strong passion for construction with a commitment to quality, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
• Skilled at coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and communicating across multi‑departmental teams and leadership levels.
• Results‑driven professional with strong initiative, problem‑solving abilities, and a self‑motivated approach.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring teams, delegating responsibilities, and driving accountability.
